Private Tutoring
We tutor every subject from 6th grade to college level, including all AP and IB courses. Whether you need a few sessions to help study for a test or a structured weekly session to catch up, stay on track, or get ahead, we can help. We have tutored many students and love sharing in the excitement when they pass the class they were failing, get that first A, or qualify for that scholarship.

Test Preparation
Standardized tests are a vital part of students’ academic careers. Because numerous institutions place emphasis on these tests, we want to be sure students perform to the best of their ability so that they can take advantage of every opportunity. The K-Lab believes that private tutoring works best. While SAT classes are popular, they only provide general test strategies and concepts. In less time and for less money students can get individualized attention from a K-Lab tutor who is able to get to know the student and understand the specific concepts and strategies he or she needs to learn. We tutor SAT, ACT, FCAT, PSAT, & GRE.

After School K-Hours Program
K-Hours is an after school program for high school students that ensures their homework always gets completed. K-Hour students have access to The K-Lab Mon-Thurs after school where knowledgeable tutors are available to answer questions, review and direct their work, and assist with topics that students are having difficulty with.

Study Skills
Our goal at The K-Lab is to make every student a self-sufficient learner. A few private sessions with our study skills tutor will help your student learn how to become organized, take notes, study for tests, and use a planner in a way that will ensure academic success for years to come.
